This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you use the AI Maturity Scan on mehmeterkek.com. The data controller is Mehmet Erkek.
This application has no database. Until you request the report your answers stay in your own browser; they are scored on the server but never written down. When you request the report, your answers, your score and your consent record are sent as a single email to the controller's mailbox. That email is the only place the data is kept.
The legal basis is your consent. You can complete the scan and see your score and area breakdown on screen without giving any personal data; the email address is needed only for the detailed report.
Your data is not sold, not added to marketing lists, and not passed to third parties. The one exception is the email service provider used to deliver the message, whose servers may be located outside your country. No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this page.
If no contact follows, records are deleted after 12 months. If you ask for deletion sooner, it is done within 30 days of the request.
You may ask whether your data is being processed, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to mehmeterkek@gmail.com.
